August is bearing down on us. Yikes! For me, this will be remembered as the Summer of Covid-19. The outbreak has had many downsides, but something a little bit good emerged in the midst of the controlled chaos. I've found myself grateful for the slower pace that's been forced upon me. Uncertainty whether many events can even happen has suspended my compulsive scheduling. I no longer look for excuses to pencil in activity to fill all the corners of my calendar each day. There's been a change of pace to my schedule. I've stopped the busyness  and started to have more gratitude for the small joys each day bring. Life on pause has caused me to grow. I hold dear the things I once was too busy to stop and enjoy. Life On Pause could be the opportunity we all need to continue fresh with Life On Reset.

Be well, and be kind to each other.
