1. First Friday May: Celebrate Meadville
Happy Birthday Meadville! Founded in 1788, Meadville has been a great pleace to live, work, and enjoy! This First Friday, join businesses to Celebrate Meadville during it's Birthday Month! Enjoy extra shopping hours at most downtown Meadville stores on the First Friday of every month. From 5-8 there will be additional shopping hours, special activities and individual store specials at their discretion. May 3rd
Walk with friends to promote stroke awareness in our community! Meadville Medical Center's annual stroke walk is a 1-mile walk taking place rain or shine! On-site registration is at 9:30am and the walk begins at 10am. There will also be refreshments, blood pressure screenings, education tables, raffles and more! Participants must be present at raffle drawing (10:45am) to win. Sorry, no pets allowed! May 4th
